The bill (Reg. No. 2829) determines that the authority of a member of National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine can be terminated at the initiative of subject of appointment, following the results of consideration of the report of the National Council. The decision on early termination of power can be taken by the President of Ukraine by issuing the respective Decree, or by the Verkhovna Rada by adopting the respective Resolution.
In case of unsatisfactory performance evaluation of a member (members) of the National Council, following the results of consideration of its report, the President, as the subject of appointment, can terminate the authority of a member (members) of the National Council from the part of composition of the National Council appointed by the President.
